Russia is either a bunch of complete screw up. This is entirely possible. Alternatively Russia is looking for an excuse to launch nukes. The best thing that could happen is to bomb all the power lines, radio towers, and cell towers in Russia. Then bomb all of the back up power for the nuke sites. Then watch Putin get turned over when the military admits them have zero confidence they could even luanch a nuke.
Poland should give Russia two options.
Option One: extradite Putin and his generals to Poland for trial as war criminals immediately.
Option two: Poland invokes NATO and finishes the job Ukraine has started and once finished dives Russian up in to four countries via arbitrary horizontal lines end to end across the current russian country.
With as weakened as Russia is right now Russia has no real option. If even NATO country launched 50 conventional at Russian infrastructure Russia would be paralyzed.
Tell the Russian soldiers that have two choices die or surrender.
