That’s the problem with DEI hiring…people automatically assume that ANY black person is hired because of their race whether they were…or were not.
DEI taints the achievements of black folks. As a white person, I assumed that blacks in college got in with lower scores than the asians for sure and some whites. My logical sense tells me that its not all of them, but my emotional sense questions all of them.
