Think about the Brown shooter, he walked into 1 classroom, shot the leader of the campus GOP and her friends studying for finals together and left the building shooting NO ONE else. Sure sounds like a targeted attack to me. Don’t remember hearing this kind of behavior from other school mass shooters.
