MN. has had fraud in the state for years, 1973 Somali’s came and entered grad school stating they had graduated in Somalia, oops fraud. Then there was real estate fraud, entered false purchase documents and then the home owner had to go to court to keep their home, that was in 2005. They also filed for tax dollars to pay for interpreters for patients, didn’t have interpreters and no patients, they were sitting in an office and setting up their scam. Somali fraud is nothing new.
