I’m still having trouble as to why burning the American flag is “free speech” under Article 1 of the Constitution, but burning a “gay pride flag” is a HATE CRIME? Doesn’t burning Old Glory mean that you hate the UNITED STATES? I believe that our lawmakers got this all wrong!
