Every governemnt worker from the top politicians to the lowest level worker should be drug tested every 6 months and they should not know it is coming in advance.
We also need to make it illegal for any governemnt paid person to lie to american citizens; including congress, the police, FBI, CIA, and marshals. If lying to congress, law enforcement, and courts is a felony then the inverse should be just as true. After all the citizens are paying all of them.
