That woman is a PERFECT example of why there are so many children roaming around committing crimes. It makes me want to puke when their parents get on the news and justify what their evil child has done. These lazy, ignorant parents should be charged with “Child Abuse” when their kids get caught committing crimes and be thrown In the slammer. We should go back to the days of reform schools. It may be considered prison but it’s where bad kids should do time. It gets them off the streets, gets the out of gangs, teaches them respect, they finally get schooling right there and can’t skip school like they do now.
