Perhaps he needs to pay the contractors that were hired. Some were black and the one white one were not paid. Most contractors need to be paid for their work, not being stiffed after doing it. IMO, that is the uglist monstrosity that I’ve seen in a long time. Those folks who lived in that area are having to pay the price of having to live near that mess, too, in higher rents, or foot the bill to try to move elsewhere etc. Seems to me it’s so over budget, that taxpayers are having to foot the bills, too. IMO, there wasn’t much to put in it, too. My opinion!
