I know of no protesters that have been executed by the Border Patrol or ICE. There have been people that because of their actions were killed by agents protecting my country from illegal activities. The incidents were horrible for everybody and I wish they had not occurred but the actions of the deceased individuals involved caused their own deaths. When confronted by law officers you comply with their orders and everything will sort itself out. You do not speed off in a vehicle and run into the law officers, and you do not offer a physical insane attack as a response to their request.
You are there at the Olympics to perform your sport. You are young and uneducated and misinformed. You’re judging by optics, not facts and unaware of the real duties and responsibilities behind ice. So keep your thoughts and comments often the national stage.
Today, anyone picked for the America’s Olympic Team needs to be vetted before being accepted as a team member. If the 2026 winter games represented the best we can do when selecting these “elite” athletes as TRUE patriots of our country, our selection process needs to change. NO, personal political opinions of these athletes are NEEDED or WARRENTED when representing our country on a national stage. Keep the personal stuff to yourself, stay focused & perform your talent with pride or it’s a GOODBUY & ticket home! Time to grow up!
